1. About Airbackly

Airbackly is a mobile application that helps users prepare EU261 flight compensation claims. We provide verified flight telemetry data, a legal demand letter, and submission instructions — collectively, a "Claim Package."

Airbackly is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you in any legal capacity. We are a document preparation tool.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

Purchase of a Claim Package does not guarantee that an airline will pay compensation. EU261 claims may be rejected for reasons including — but not limited to — extraordinary circumstances, incorrect information provided by the user, or airline-specific policies.

Airbackly's fee is for document preparation only. Refunds are not provided based on claim outcome.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Airbackly, you agree to:

• Provide accurate flight information
• Review all generated documents before submission
• Submit the claim package to the airline yourself
• Attach your boarding pass, booking reference, and any additional evidence

4. Purchases & Billing

Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. All payments are subject to Apple's terms of service and your App Store payment method.

Claim Package (One-Time): A single purchase unlocks one claim generation. You may purchase additional Claim Packages for additional claims.

Airback Pro (Subscription): An auto-renewing annual subscription unlocks unlimited claim generation and priority support. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's standard refund process: reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airbackly's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Claim Package or subscription that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Intellectual Property

Airbackly, the app icon, and all generated claim documents are our intellectual property. You are granted a limited license to use the generated documents for the purpose of submitting your EU261 compensation claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the service for users who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. For EU residents, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws.
