Airbackly helps you claim EU261 flight compensation. We take your privacy seriously. Here's what we do with your data.

1. Information We Collect

Flight data you provide: flight number, date, departure and destination airports, stop airports, and disruption details. You may optionally provide a booking reference.

Purchase data: processed securely by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your credit card details.

Device data: anonymized device identifiers and IP address for fraud prevention and purchase verification.

Email (optional): only if you choose to receive your claim package by email.

2. How We Use Your Data

Flight data is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your claim.

Claim data is retained for 90 days to allow you to re-download your package. After 90 days, claim records and associated flight data are permanently deleted. Purchase records are retained for the period required by applicable tax regulations.

6. Security

All data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS encryption. Claim data is stored in Supabase with encryption at rest. We do not share your data with third parties beyond the services listed above.

Airbackly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted to this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
